Crocspin — General Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions
These General Bonus and Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Bonus Terms") govern all bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback, deposit matches, loyalty rewards, promotional credits, odds boosts, tournaments and other promotional offers made available by Crocspin ("Crocspin", "the Casino", "we", "us" or "our").
By opting into or participating in a promotion, players agree to these Bonus Terms, the Crocspin General Terms and Conditions, and the specific terms published for the relevant promotion.
Where promotion-specific conditions differ from these Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific conditions shall prevail, provided they comply with applicable law.
All promotional amounts are denominated in Mexican Pesos (MXN), unless expressly stated otherwise.
1. General Eligibility
1.1. Promotions are available only to registered, eligible players aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Players must provide accurate and complete registration information.
1.3. Crocspin may require identity, age, address, payment-method and other verification checks before granting promotional benefits or processing withdrawals.
1.4. Unless expressly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are limited to one per eligible individual.
1.5. Crocspin may consider shared households, IP addresses, devices, payment methods and other account relationships when investigating duplicate promotional claims. Sharing any such identifier does not automatically establish a violation.
1.6. Players who have previously claimed a welcome bonus may not create another account to claim the same offer again.
1.7. Players who are self-excluded, otherwise restricted from gambling, or legally ineligible are not permitted to participate in promotions.
1.8. Crocspin may restrict promotional eligibility where justified by documented fraud, previous promotional violations or applicable legal requirements.
1.9. Employees, contractors and other individuals directly involved in administering a promotion may be excluded where disclosed in its conditions.
2. Casino Bonus Wagering Requirements
2.1. Unless stated otherwise, casino bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times (40x) the bonus amount received.
2.2. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined value of the deposit and bonus.
Example:
Deposit: $1,000 MXN
Bonus awarded: $1,000 MXN
Total initial balances: $2,000 MXN
Wagering requirement: $1,000 × 40
Total qualifying wagering required: $40,000 MXN
2.3. Wagering requirements represent the cumulative value of qualifying bets placed, adjusted by the applicable game contribution percentage. They do not represent the amount a player must lose.
2.4. Qualifying bets placed using real-money funds may count towards bonus wagering where permitted by the promotion and supported by the wallet configuration.
2.5. Bets placed on excluded games or using excluded betting methods do not contribute towards wagering requirements.
2.6. Wagering progress is calculated using eligible settled transactions. Refunded, reversed or void transactions do not contribute.
2.7. A bonus becomes eligible for conversion into withdrawable funds only after all applicable conditions have been satisfied.
2.8. Completion of wagering does not remove standard identity, payment verification, fraud prevention or other lawful withdrawal requirements.
3. Game Contribution Percentages
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution percentages apply:

Examples:
A $100 MXN qualifying slot bet contributes $100 MXN.
A $100 MXN qualifying roulette bet contributes $10 MXN.
A $500 MXN qualifying blackjack bet contributes $50 MXN.
3.1. Crocspin may exclude specific games or game versions from particular promotions.
3.2. Games with unusual mechanics, promotional features, technical defects or special wagering characteristics may have different contribution rates where disclosed in advance.
3.3. Free rounds, refunded stakes and promotional transactions do not contribute unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.4. Contribution percentages applicable when a bonus is activated will not be retrospectively reduced for already qualifying bets.
3.5. Any exclusions or special contribution rules must be made available to the player before participation.
4. Real-Money and Bonus Balances
4.1. Crocspin may maintain separate accounting balances for real money and promotional funds, even where a combined playable balance is displayed.
4.2. The applicable promotion must explain whether real-money funds or bonus funds are used first.
4.3. Where cash-first wagering applies, eligible bets funded by real money may contribute towards the active bonus wagering requirement.
4.4. Winnings generated from real-money-funded bets must be recorded separately from winnings generated from bonus-funded bets.
4.5. Bonus-funded winnings may remain restricted until the applicable wagering requirements are completed.
4.6. The Casino must apply consistent rules when a bet is funded by more than one balance, including how the stake, payout and wagering contribution are allocated.
4.7. A player must not deliberately exploit wallet allocation errors, transaction sequencing faults or balance-conversion vulnerabilities.
4.8. Crocspin will not confiscate legitimate real-money deposits or real-money winnings solely because a player cancels a bonus, chooses low-volatility games or places repeated low-value bets.
5. Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering
5.1. The maximum permitted bet during bonus wagering is the limit published in the specific promotion.
5.2. The maximum applies per individual betting round or wager, unless otherwise stated.
5.3. Players must not deliberately bypass a published maximum stake by using technical exploits or improperly splitting a single wager.
5.4. Where a bet exceeds the applicable limit, Crocspin may investigate the circumstances and apply the published promotion rules.
5.5. A confirmed, material breach may result in cancellation of the affected bonus or bonus-derived winnings, subject to applicable law.
5.6. An isolated bet above the limit does not automatically establish fraud. The Casino may consider whether the platform permitted the bet, whether the rule was clearly disclosed and whether the breach was deliberate.
5.7. Where technically possible, Crocspin should prevent bets exceeding the promotional limit rather than relying exclusively on retrospective enforcement.
6. Free Spins
6.1. Free Spins may be awarded through welcome offers, deposit promotions, loyalty campaigns, tournaments or other promotional activities.
6.2. Unless stated otherwise, winnings generated from Free Spins are subject to 30x wagering on the Free Spins winnings.
Example:
Free Spins winnings: $500 MXN
Wagering requirement: $500 × 30
Required qualifying wagering: $15,000 MXN
6.3. Free Spins may be restricted to specific games, providers, stake values or promotional periods.
6.4. Unused Free Spins may expire at the time specified in the promotion.
6.5. Winnings from Free Spins may be credited to a restricted promotional balance until wagering requirements are completed.
6.6. Maximum winnings or conversion limits apply only where expressly stated in the promotion.
6.7. Players must not exploit malfunctioning Free Spins features, duplicated awards, incorrect crediting or other technical errors.
6.8. Any correction to incorrectly awarded Free Spins or winnings must be proportionate, documented and consistent with applicable law.
7. Bonus Validity and Expiration
7.1. Each promotion must state its activation period, expiry date and wagering completion deadline where applicable.
7.2. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is completed may be cancelled, and remaining promotional funds may be removed in accordance with the disclosed conditions.
7.3. Expiry does not automatically justify forfeiture of unrelated real-money balances.
7.4. Crocspin may extend promotional validity where justified by a platform outage, game-provider issue or other operational problem.
7.5. Players are responsible for reviewing the expiry information presented when activating a promotion.
7.6. Where no expiry period was clearly disclosed, Crocspin will not impose an undisclosed expiry deadline retrospectively.
8. Low-Risk Betting and Bonus Grinding
8.1. Crocspin may review betting activity that reasonably suggests a player is exploiting a promotional vulnerability or breaching an expressly published bonus condition.
8.2. Potential indicators for investigation include:
Repeated small-value bets over extended sessions combined with evidence of exploitation.
Unusual patterns of wagering immediately before a bonus conversion.
Coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate wagering requirements.
Deliberate exploitation of incorrect game contribution percentages.
Repeated attempts to trigger bonus conversion through transaction errors.
Systematic use of technical vulnerabilities to obtain promotional benefits not intended by the published offer.
Coordinated use of accounts to repeatedly claim restricted promotions.
8.3. These indicators are grounds for investigation only and do not independently establish bonus abuse.
8.4. Players may legitimately use low-volatility games, small stakes, fixed stake sizes, manual or permitted automated gameplay, or consistent betting patterns.
8.5. Successfully completing a wagering requirement through eligible betting activity does not constitute abuse.
8.6. Crocspin will not retrospectively introduce undisclosed minimum stake requirements, game exclusions or wagering restrictions.
8.7. Enforcement requires evidence of a specific breach, fraudulent conduct or technical exploitation, rather than merely an unfavourable commercial outcome for the Casino.
9. Irregular Betting and Promotional Manipulation
9.1. Players must not deliberately exploit bonus mechanics, platform errors or promotional vulnerabilities to obtain benefits contrary to the published rules.
9.2. Prohibited conduct includes:
Manipulating game transactions or settlement records.
Exploiting incorrect wagering calculations.
Deliberately triggering duplicate bonus credits.
Exploiting errors in promotional balance conversion.
Using unauthorised scripts or tools to manipulate bonus calculations or game transactions.
Coordinating bets across accounts to circumvent promotion limits.
Exploiting incorrect game contribution classifications.
Attempting to reverse or replay settled transactions through technical manipulation.
9.3. Betting systems, scripts or automation used to interfere with the platform or obtain unauthorised benefits are prohibited.
9.4. Ordinary gameplay, permitted accessibility tools and legitimate player strategies are not automatically prohibited.
9.5. Crocspin may investigate activity using relevant technical logs, transaction histories and promotional records.
10. Multiple Accounts and Linked Accounts
10.1. A player must not create or control multiple accounts to claim the same restricted promotion more than permitted.
10.2. Players must not use another person's identity or account to obtain promotional benefits.
10.3. Account relationships may be investigated using appropriate identity, payment and technical evidence.
10.4. A shared IP address, household, device or internet connection is not conclusive proof of multiple-account abuse.
10.5. Where multiple-account promotional abuse is established, Crocspin may cancel improperly obtained promotional benefits and restrict future eligibility.
10.6. Legitimate funds must be handled separately from disputed promotional benefits, subject to applicable law.
11. Collusion and Coordinated Promotional Abuse
11.1. Players must not coordinate with others to circumvent promotional limits, manipulate wagering requirements or fraudulently obtain promotional benefits.
11.2. Prohibited conduct may include:
Coordinated use of multiple accounts to claim restricted offers.
Arrangements to transfer promotional value through intentionally manipulated outcomes.
Sharing or selling accounts to obtain additional bonuses.
Using false identities to repeatedly claim welcome promotions.
Coordinating transactions to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
11.3. Similar betting patterns between players do not, by themselves, establish collusion.
11.4. Any finding of collusion must be supported by reasonable evidence.
12. Deposit and Payment Abuse
12.1. Promotional deposits must be made using eligible payment methods disclosed in the promotion.
12.2. Players must not use stolen payment instruments, fraudulent transactions or unauthorised third-party payment methods.
12.3. Deposits reversed through chargebacks, fraud or other invalid transactions may invalidate associated promotional benefits.
12.4. Players must not deliberately exploit payment-processing delays, duplicate deposit credits or transaction reconciliation errors.
12.5. Crocspin may request proof of payment ownership and other verification information where reasonably necessary.
12.6. Promotional restrictions relating to payment methods must be disclosed before participation.
13. Sports Betting Promotions
13.1. Sports promotions may include deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback, odds boosts, accumulator offers, bet insurance and event-specific rewards.
13.2. Each promotion must specify its wagering requirements, qualifying markets, minimum odds, eligible bet types and validity period.
13.3. Where a sports bonus can only be wagered using real-money funds, this limitation must be disclosed.
13.4. Casino bets do not contribute to sports-specific wagering requirements unless expressly permitted.
13.5. Sports bets placed below the qualifying minimum odds may be accepted as ordinary bets but will not contribute to the promotion where the rules so state.
13.6. Open or unsettled bets do not complete a promotional requirement until they are settled, unless expressly stated otherwise.
13.7. Void, refunded or cancelled bets do not contribute towards promotional requirements.
13.8. Cash Out bets may be excluded where clearly stated in the promotion.
14. Free Bets
14.1. Free Bets cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.
14.2. Unless otherwise stated, the Free Bet stake is not returned as part of the winnings.

Decimal odds: 3.00
Total theoretical return: $1,500 MXN
Free Bet stake excluded: $500 MXN
Player winnings: $1,000 MXN
14.3. Free Bets may have minimum odds, eligible markets, maximum winnings and expiry conditions.
14.4. Unused Free Bets expire according to the published promotion terms.
14.5. Free Bets may not be combined with other promotions where the specific offer prohibits combination.
15. Sports Betting Abuse
15.1. Crocspin may investigate sports betting activity involving fraud, coordinated manipulation or exploitation of promotional errors.
15.2. Prohibited conduct includes:
Coordinating accounts to manipulate promotional outcomes.
Exploiting obvious settlement or odds-display errors.
Using fraudulent accounts to repeatedly claim free bets.
Circumventing published minimum odds or qualifying-market restrictions through technical manipulation.
Deliberately exploiting bonus-crediting or Cash Out calculation errors.
Match fixing or participation in prohibited betting manipulation.
15.3. Hedging, arbitrage, betting on both sides of an event, consistent betting patterns or successful betting strategies do not automatically constitute fraud. Any promotional restrictions on such activity must be specifically disclosed and applied fairly.
15.4. Where promotional abuse is confirmed, Crocspin may remove improperly obtained promotional benefits, subject to applicable law and the relevant promotion terms.
16. Cashback and Loss-Based Promotions
16.1. Cashback promotions must specify the applicable percentage, calculation period, qualifying games or markets, maximum award and wagering requirements.
16.2. Unless otherwise stated, cashback calculations are based on eligible settled activity during the relevant promotional period.
16.3. Refunds, void bets, reversed transactions and fraudulent activity may be excluded.
16.4. Cashback may be credited as real money, restricted bonus funds or another promotional benefit, as clearly stated in the offer.
16.5. Cashback must not be represented as guaranteed protection against gambling losses.
16.6. Players must not exploit duplicated cashback awards or incorrect promotional calculations.
17. Loyalty, VIP and Reload Promotions
17.1. Loyalty points, VIP rewards, reload bonuses and personalised offers may have separate eligibility criteria.
17.2. Promotional rewards cannot be transferred between accounts unless expressly permitted.
17.3. Players must not exploit technical errors, duplicate rewards or fraudulent account relationships to obtain additional benefits.
17.4. VIP status does not override applicable wagering, verification or anti-fraud requirements.
17.5. Any changes to an existing player's earned rewards must comply with the published rules and applicable law.
18. Bonus Stacking and Concurrent Promotions
18.1. Players may participate in multiple promotions only where the applicable conditions permit it.
18.2. The Casino may restrict simultaneous activation of promotions where clearly disclosed.
18.3. A single deposit may qualify for more than one promotion only where expressly permitted.
18.4. Players must not deliberately exploit technical errors allowing duplicate or unauthorised promotional awards.
18.5. Where multiple bonuses are active, the applicable wallet allocation and wagering priority rules must be disclosed.
19. Withdrawals During Active Bonuses
19.1. Winnings generated from restricted bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements are completed.
19.2. A withdrawal request during an active bonus may require cancellation of the bonus where this condition was disclosed before activation.
19.3. Before confirming a cancellation, Crocspin should display the amount of bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that will be forfeited.
19.4. Legitimate real-money funds and real-money winnings will not be confiscated solely because a player requests a withdrawal.
19.5. Withdrawal processing remains subject to identity verification, payment checks, anti-fraud controls and other lawful requirements.
19.6. Promotional restrictions must not be used to impose undisclosed wagering requirements on unrestricted real-money funds.
20. Bonus Cancellation
20.1. Where supported by the platform, players may cancel an active bonus through their account or Customer Support.
20.2. Cancelling a bonus may result in forfeiture of the remaining promotional balance and winnings attributable to that bonus.
20.3. The player must be informed of the financial consequences before cancellation is confirmed.
20.4. Bonus cancellation does not automatically invalidate legitimate real-money winnings.
20.5. Previously completed wagering requirements do not create an obligation to continue playing.
20.6. Cancellation records should identify the affected promotion, amount removed and date of cancellation.
21. Bonus Conversion
21.1. Once all promotional conditions have been satisfied, eligible bonus funds may be converted into withdrawable cash.
21.2. Conversion may be subject to a maximum amount only where expressly disclosed in the promotion.
21.3. Any maximum conversion amount must be clearly distinguishable from the maximum bonus award.
21.4. Bonus conversion must be calculated using accurate wagering records and applicable game contribution percentages.
21.5. If a conversion error occurs, Crocspin may correct the affected transaction in accordance with applicable law.
21.6. The Casino must maintain an auditable record of bonus awards, wagering progress, bonus removals and cash conversions.
21.7. Legitimately completed bonuses must not be cancelled solely because the player obtained a large win.
